Bob Canty started his career in insurance claims in 1996. He has worked for both Nationwide and Tower Hill Insurance Group in the insurance space. Over the course of the last 25 years, he has seen fin-tech transition from paper files to electronic claims management systems. He has seen the use of fly over data and remote inspection flourish to serve customers better and more quickly. He currently serves as Claims Vendor Specialist at Tower Hill Insurance Group, Gainesville, FL. Bob is tasked with managing all aspects of the vendor program including the contractor program, IA firms, engineering firms, expense billing and dispute resolution.
