National Claims Advocacy Leader , Private Client Services - Marsh McLennan Agency

Robert Clemmons, Senior Vice President, Marsh MMA National Claims Advocacy Leader, Private Client Services (PCS), leads the company’s National PCS claims organization and is responsible for all aspects of executive claims management, service and administration for Marsh MMA PCS through its national network of offices.

Mr. Clemmons brings over 30 years of expertise in insurance claims to his role. Before joining Marsh MMA in 2023, he held key executive positions at National Financial Partners (NFP), where he was the Vice President of National Private Client Property Claims. Prior to NFP, Mr. Clemmons led Alliance Claims as President, offering comprehensive national multi-line claims adjusting services to major insurance carriers across the country. His career includes direct roles and consulting engagements with various insurance carriers, where he specialized in diverse claims process functions. He gained valuable experience within insurance carrier claims offices and in-field settings, providing dedicated customer service for both catastrophe and non-catastrophe operations.

Mr. Clemmons has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
