Update Exhibitor Profile on Conference App

If you have not done so already, please follow the instructions below to claim & update your exhibitor profile through our registration system partner Expo Pass. This will allow you to modify what contact info, marketing materials and other details are displayed on the app.

1. Get started online by going to app.expopass.com and clicking Create an Account.

2. Create an account using your First Name, Last Name, the same exact email you registered for The Collective Conference with, and set up a password.

3. When you click Create Account, you will be asked to verify your email. Check your email for the verification email from support@exposent.com

3. In the email you received, click on the blue Magic Link button (or copy the URL into a supported browser).

4. This will take you back to app.expopass.com. Click on the Exhibitor section and enter the 6-character event I.D: GDH774

5. The Collective Conference event will now appear on your main login screen:

  • Upcoming events will appear on the top of your screen

  • Past event will appear on the bottom of your screen (as long as the event Organizer does not delete their past events, you will have access to that event once it has passed).
