Chris Nordyke

Chris is the Co-founder of Floodlight Consulting Group, and the Co-host of the Head Heart & Boots podcast. His areas of special interest are commercial sales, field sales leadership, company culture, self-leadership and customer experience. Prior to Floodlight, Chris has held several executive leadership roles within the restoration and insurance industries, including as an agency owner and producer.

Chris and his wife Cara live in Oregon with their three kids, Lily, Jack and Simon.
