In Jason’s 25 years in construction, he has had the good fortune of being involved in all facets of the industry. He started in high school pushing a broom and swinging a hammer to more advanced roles in the field.  He eventually moved on to project management for 25,000+ square foot custom homes to multifamily developments and commercial construction. He eventually accepted the challenge of starting his own business , self-performing general construction projects. In 2008 Jason started in the restoration side of construction, becoming an independent contractor working with a restoration company as a traveling large loss project manager , eventually becoming part of national catastrophe team and spent 3 years working natural disasters all over the country. Most recently Jason has been working with companies to develop new departments, create strategies for growth , training for employee development and coaching efficiency and productivity.
